Our services are offered solely to business customers. Therefore, no statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply.

Visibility Academy

  • Once payment has been received and access to the programme has been activated, no refund is granted.

  • Access cannot be extended or transferred to third parties.

  • Any goodwill gesture (e.g. rebooking) is purely voluntary and does not establish a legal claim.

The Visibility Implementation Lab

  • Once the programme has started, no refund is granted, even if the participant only partially takes part or withdraws early.

  • If we permanently cancel the programme, we will refund fees in whole or in part, depending on the services already provided.

Schedule changes and technical issues

  • Reasonable rescheduling of individual dates and technical disruptions affecting third‑party services (hosting providers, video conferencing tools, etc.) do not entitle to a refund, as long as an adequate replacement solution is offered.
