What is an AI Systems Build?

A focused company implementation format for SMEs and mid-sized teams in which one practical AI-supported business system is designed, built, tested and activated with your team across two fixed working days during the week.

The format

Two focused working days. Built with your team. Built for your real business.

AI Systems Build is live online and delivered in English for an international company cohort. It runs Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00-16:00 Vienna time, including breaks, so your team can build, test and make decisions inside the reality of your business.

You bring the people who understand the process. We bring the structure, business-first AI approach and proven tools. Together, we build.

No coding. No technical background required. No AI theory for the sake of it.

The difference

This is not an AI workshop. You come to build something with it.

We work with your people, your real business and proven tools already used in real-world workflows.

Together, we identify where AI can create the biggest immediate impact, choose the right setup and build it with you - so you leave with something practical, usable and ready to keep improving.

The process

Scope before the Build. Build during it. Improve after it.

Before: 30-45 minute scoping

Confirm the business outcome, one priority workflow, inputs, people, tools, practical scope and human roles before the Build days begin.

Working Day 1: design & build

Map the workflow, make the critical decisions and build the core setup.

Working Day 2: test & activate

Complete the workflow, test it against the business case and prepare the team to use it.

After: use, measure & improve

Your team takes the system into daily operations and keeps refining it.

Cohort dates

Live online company cohorts.

Each company brings one defined system opportunity selected through pre-Build scoping.

Cohort 1

Tuesday 20 October and Wednesday 21 October 2026, 10:00-16:00 CEST, including breaks.

Cohort 2

Tuesday 17 November and Wednesday 18 November 2026, 10:00-16:00 CET, including breaks.

Ownership and control

Your team keeps practical control of the configured system.

We configure market-relevant tools and models around your real workflows, using your own business environment and accounts where appropriate.

Your team keeps control of the configured setup, workflow architecture, business materials, documentation and access. The underlying tools and AI models remain third-party technologies governed by their providers' terms.

Questions

What companies need to know

Is this one-to-one consulting?

No. The Build is a live online, small-group company implementation format. Each company builds one defined business system with guided working time and clear boundaries around confidential information.

Is this an AI workshop?

No. You come to build one practical AI-supported system around one defined business outcome.

How is the system chosen?

A 30-45 minute pre-Build scoping conversation confirms the business outcome, one priority workflow, inputs, people, tools, practical scope and human roles before the two Build days begin.

Do we need coding or technical experience?

No. The Build is designed for business teams and uses market-relevant tools and models.

What does a working system mean?

It means the agreed workflow is configured and tested against the defined business case within the available environment. It is an intended Build deliverable, not a guarantee of revenue, savings or unlimited integration; unresolved access, governance or tool constraints are documented and scoped.

Do we need to buy new tools?

Not automatically. We first assess your existing environment, then select only what the workflow needs. Any provider costs are clarified before implementation.

Do we own the system?

Your team keeps control of the configured setup, workflow architecture, business materials, documentation and access. The underlying tools and AI models remain third-party technologies governed by their providers' terms.

Can two participants join?

Yes. The investment is EUR 7,500 for one participant or EUR 9,500 for two participants from the same company.

What happens after the Build?

Your team uses, measures and improves the system in daily operations. Further focused builds or a broader Enterprise AI Systems engagement can follow if needed.

One focused outcome

Turn a real business priority into a working AI-supported system.

If the Opportunity Check recommends the Build, discuss the relevant participant option and available working dates with us.
